  Manager in BP High Level, Alberta would not let us sit in the restaurant and sent us to the lounge. Then he wouldn't let us sit in the lounge because one of our younger looking members didn't have his ID. He told the server we could go back to the restaurant but they said we had to pay a mandatory 15% gratuity because we had 10 people in our party. We refused. The manager wouldn't accommodate so we left. He did not try to stop us and didn't say a word as we walked out. Apparently Boston Pizza doesn't like customers, especially when there are lots of them.

  There food is over priced but being this far north was pretty happy to be well acomidated. The super is next to place so it was very handy. Decent service and decent food.

  The website is quick and easy to use. Pay and pick up is available as well as delivery. This place is highly recommended for a place to eat and relax with friends and family.

  Excellent food prices are a little high however the service is great. There is a lounge with great service and many selections of beer and Cocktails. The menu in the lounge is extended from the restaurant.
