    Horrible service, it took double the estimated time, they didn't finish all the installation instructions, and the part was installed wrong. I will never bring my car here again, I wouldn't trust them with anything more complicated than an oil change.

    Was just passing through high level on a family road trip. Had a shimmy in my steering wheel, called the high level shop and they got me in for a wheel balancing right away. I was on the road again in under an hour. Thanks for the great service and conversation!
