  From breakdown to rescue and repair, our breakdown 12 hours from home was divinely orchestrated. When AMA dispatched Recovery Auto, we were both so relieved to have the voice on the other end state that he owned a garage and would gladly shuffle his shop to fit us in that day. (We would rather deal with a private shop than a dealership any day.) Peter went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. From the start, he loaned us a vehicle to use overnight while we had to stay in High Level to wait for a final diagnosis on our vehicle. Once he diagnosed our engine as needing replacement, he accommodated us with a vehicle of his own to use while we made the long trek home to return a rental trailer which was costing us $150 a day. Replacing a diesel engine is not an inexpensive repair, but Peter took as much pain out of the process as is humanly possible. He gave us a quote, and he stuck with it. We had no surprises at the end of the process. This is a garage with integrity, and I would ask that if you are not currently using Recovery Automotive for your repair needs, WHY NOT?!! You owe it to yourself to be dealt with fairly, and Peter will do that.

  Well here we go... my husbands truck needed a front wheel bearing replaced it was miserably cold, he was on a short timeline - Recovery was recommend by friends - great recommendation! The mechanics replaced the bearing identified other pertinent repairs needed and fixed them as well as identifying others that could wait. My husband was on the road in 3 hours, at a cost which was extremely reasonable! (I know this as the other wheel needed to be replaced in another community and it cost 1/3 more and only the bearing was replaced...). Then I needed to have my car looked at they were extremely accommodating put it on the scanner got the code it was nothing to be concerned about just a code due to the cold weather- my charge was minimal sent me on my way. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic!!!
